ORDERS
If your order is in stock it will be despatched immediately. If not, it will take from 4 to  8 weeks ( when is august- it might be a little bit longer, as our atelier is closed)  
Shipping costs are not included, and  please be aware that your own country's Customs may impose local taxes or import duty, and we will not take care of this charges in any case. 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

We can only exchange items with a good reason and only for another item from our catalog. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt and in brand new condition. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We do NOT offer refunds. Also we will exchange corsets for an alternative size, or an alternative garment , but only when the corset is returned in condition in original packaging. A corset that has been tight laced rather than gently tried for size will not be exchanged. We will exchange your corset once for an alternative size, corsets are not refundable.

Returns are sent to us at the customer's own expense and risk. We recommend you return to us via an insured service to cover loss and damage in transit to us, for which we cannot be held liable.
